General Room Selection Schedule
Residents who are participating in General Room Selection during the week of March 31 through April 4 will be given a specific "timeslot" that will determine when you go into the portal to select your room. General Room Selection for Room Selection 2014 will be completely online. Students will not need to attend an event and wait in line to select their rooms!
Your specific day will be based on your current class standing and your specific time is randomly generated within your class group (only residents who successfully apply for General Room Selection before the deadline will receive a room selection timeslot.)
Remember — in order to participate in General Room Selection you must select the “General Room Selection” option when completing your Room Selection application between March 3 and before 12 pm on Friday, March 28, 2014. Residents who already selected an assignment for the 2014–2015 academic year will not be eligible to participate in General Room Selection.
General Room Selection timeslots will begin around 3 p.m. each day, and typically run until about 8:00 p.m., depending on how many students sign up to participate. In general, room selection timeslots will be generated in order of class standing, with current Juniors selecting first.
