  • 13 — RA/CA/SIH/Mentor Housing License Agreements and Limitations forms due
  • 15 - Rosters for Greek houses due
  • 17, 6:30 p.m. — OPEN HOUSE — Henderson and Welch Houses
  • 18 — Henderson Wellness House Applications due, 12 p.m.
  • 19 — Info Table, University Center — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. 
  • 20 — Deadline to Retain Current Room, 12 p.m. 
  • 21 — Info Table, University Center — 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • 22 — Henderson Wellness Offers sent out
  • 25–26 — Pull-in Walk-in Meetings

  • 3 — OPEN HOUSE — Doherty Apartments, 9 p.m.
  • 4 — Deadline to sign Housing License Agreement for Block Housing, 5 p.m.
  • 5 — Application closes for General Room Selection. 12 p.m. (all current residents who want 2013–2014 housing must apply by this date)
  • 5, around 5 p.m.— Room Selection Timeslots generated and sent out
  • 8–11 — General Room Selection
  • TBA — Open Assignment Reception/Sign-Ups
  • 15 — Open Cancellation Period begins — online
  • 30 at 5 p.m. — Deadline to cancel for full refund including reservation fee, online
  • 30 after 5 p.m. — Open cancellation Period continues — online, reservation fee is forfeited
May
  • 10, 12 p.m. — Deadline for any housing cancellation — no refund of reservation fee; No cancellation permitted after this date
  • 20 at noon — Buildings close; all residents need to vacate residence halls
  • 31 — First-year Housing Application deadline
