February
  • 3 - Community Housing Fair - 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., Rangos 3, University Center
  • 5 - RA/CA Training Session - 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., Cruciform Room, Resnik Cafe
  • 9 - Information Table - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wean Commons, University Center
  • 10 - Roommate Networking Event - 7 to 8:30 p.m., Rangos 1, University Center
  • 11 - RA/CA Training Session - 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., Cruciform Room, Resnik Cafe
  • 16 - Retain Your Room phase begins - 9 a.m., online
  • 17 - Info Session in Donner - 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., Donner Reading Room (all residents welcome)
  • 18 - Information Table - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wean Commons, University Center
  • 18 - Henderson and Welch Open House - 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • 18 - Doherty Apartments Open House - 9 p.m. to 10 p.m.
  • 18 - Morewood Gardens Open House - 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
  • 20 - Intersection Open House - 4:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.

  • 6 - Block Housing Applications due today - due by 5 p.m., Housing and Dining Services office
  • 15 - Elect to Participate begins - online
  • 17 - Oakland Priority Selection - by invitation only, Housing and Dining Services office
  • 19 - Block Housing Selection - times TBA, Housing and Dining Services office
  • 19 - Elect to Participate ends - 5 p.m., online
  • 20 - Lottery Numbers and Room Selection Schedule sent out by 5 p.m.
  • 23 - General Room Selection - Group 1
  • 24 - General Room Selection - Group 2
  • 26 - General Room Selection - Group 3
  • 30 - Open Cancellation Period begins - online, full refund including reservation fee

April

  • 24 - Deadline to cancel for full refund including reservation fee, 5 p.m.
  • 24 - Open cancellation period continues - online, reservation fee is forfeited

May

  • 15 - Open Cancellation Period ends - 5 p.m.  No cancellations permitted after this time.
