UC Information Tables
Come visit us in the University Center during any of the Information Table sessions. Information tables are an opportunity for students to ask Room Assignments staff specific questions about the Room Selection process, eligibility for Room Selection, important dates, and anything else that you might be wondering about Room Selection. Location and time for the Info Tables is the same regardless of the date.

Events
Fairfax, Neville, and Shady Oak Apartments Open House
Date: Tuesday, March 26, 2013
Time: 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Location: Fairfax apartments (Fifth Ave.), Neville Apartments (Neville Street), and Shady Oak Apartments (Clyde Street)
The Oakland Apartments house over 750 upper-class students and nearly 450 live in Fairfax, Shady Oak and Neville apartments. Students who are applying for Block Housing should definitely attend this Open House. There will be staff members available at the front doors of each building from 5:30 to 7 to meet residents who are interested in touring the buildings. For Fairfax meet at the front entrance on Fifth Ave, for Neville meet at the front entrance on Neville Street and for Shady Oak meet at the front entrance on Clyde Street.
Webster and Shirley Apartments Open House

Time: 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Location: Shirley and Webster Apartments at Forbes and Dithridge
The Oakland Apartments house over 750 upper-class residents and over 300 of those live in Webster and Shirley Apartments. Students who are applying for Block Housing should definitely attend this Open House. Meet at the front door of each individual building.

Henderson and Welch Open House
Date: Sunday, March 17
Time: 6:30 p.m.
Location: Henderson House Lounge
Henderson House and Welch House are both located in the Hill area of campus. Henderson is the Wellness House and Welch House is a 24-hour quiet living building. These themed communities are great options for students interested in wellness and quiet living.
Morewood Gardens Open House
Date: Monday, March 25
Time: 9:30 to 11:00 p.m.
Location: 1st floor Morewood Gardens TV Lounge
Join the Morewood Gardens staff and Special Interest Houses for a Late Night tour of the building! You will be able to visit actual student rooms and check out all of the special amenities that our house community offers to our residents. You will also be able to participate in our OMG Monday Event following the open house tour. Please meet in the Morewood Gardens TV Lounge at 9:30 p.m.
Margaret Morrison Apartments Open House

Time: 6 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Location: Meet in the Margaret Morrison lounge
Margaret Morrison Apartments are 4-occupant apartments with private entrances and are very popular amongst upper-class students. Interested residents should meet in the Margaret Morrison lounge. Tours of the other "Intersection" buildings - Roselawn and Woodlawn - will also be available for those who are interested.
McGill Open House

Location: McGill House lounge
Join the McGill House staff for an awesome Open House event involving interested students and current residents! There will be lots of giveaways as well as current residents showing off their McGill rooms and the overall awesomeness that is McGill House.
Woodlawn Apartments Open House

Location: Check in at the Margaret Morrison lounge
Woodlawn Apartments is a small apartment complex located at the corner of Forbes and Morewood, and is situated above "the Frame." Residents interested in seeing the inside of Woodlawn should meet in the Margaret Morrison lounge. Tours of the other "Intersection" buildings - Roselawn and Margaret Morrison - will also be available for those who are interested.
Roselawn Open House

Time: 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Location: Check in at the Margaret Morrison lounge
Meet outside of Roselawn House 8 to check out these awesome, newly renovated townhomes that house 5 residents each. Tours of the other "Intersection" buildings - Woodlawn and Margaret Morrison - will also be available for those who are interested.
Doherty Apartments Open House

Location: Main entrance (A Tower - Look for staff waiting by the doors!)
The staff and residents of Doherty welcome you to a pre-Room Selection open house. Doherty is a popular on campus option because of our apartment style living and close proximity to classes, the UC, and athletic venues. Come check us out and you will see several of the various room types available and explore the amenities on the ground floor including the recreational lounge, quiet study room and fitness area. RAs and residents will be on hand to answer your questions. Meet at the Doherty A tower front entrance door.
