Housing Options

There are a variety of housing options available to you as a returning student.  The links to the left outline the options available to upper-class students.

Why live in University housing?

Residents choose to live in university housing for a number of reasons, including:

  • Close proximity to university academic buildings
  • Furnished spaces with a bed, desk, dresser and chair for each resident
  • Cable television in each room/apartment
  • Housing contract for the academic year only
  • Laundry facilities in each building
  • Fitness facilities in many buildings
  • High-speed internet in each room/apartment

First-year Housing

The following buildings will be designated first-year living areas for the 2009-2010 academic year:

  • Hamerschlag House
  • London Terrace Apartments
  • Morewood Gardens E-tower
  • Mudge House
  • Scobell House
  • Shirley Apartments
  • Stever House
