Housing Options
There are a variety of housing options available to you as a returning student. The links to the left outline the options available to upper-class students (which includes current first-year students who are selecting a room for their sophomore year.)

Why live in University housing?
Residents choose to live in university housing for a number of reasons, including:
- Close proximity to university academic buildings
- Furnished spaces with a bed, desk, dresser and chair for each resident
- Cable television in each room/apartment
- Housing contract for the academic year only
- Laundry facilities in most buildings
- Fitness facilities in many buildings
- High-speed Internet in each room/apartment
First-year Housing
The following buildings will be designated first-year living areas for the 2013–2014 academic year and will not be available during Room Selection:
- Boss House
- Donner Hall
- Hamerschlag House
- Morewood Gardens E-tower
- Mudge House
- Residence on Fifth
- Scobell House
- Stever House
