Housing and Dining Services offers a variety of options for apartment-style living, including efficiency apartments, one-bedrooms, and two-bedroom options.

Multi-bedroom Houses and Apartments

Residents assigned to the single rooms within multi-bedroom houses and apartments will pay an “apartment single” room rate, and will be guaranteed the single room as their place of residence.  Residents assigned to single rooms will have an “S” after their room number, indicating assignment to the single room. 

Completely private apartments are not currently available - all apartment buildings are shared with at least one other resident.  Single and double rooms within an apartment unit are designated as either "double room" or "single room" on the rate sheet, and refer to the specific bedroom within the apartment.
