Welch House-Housing Services - Carnegie Mellon University

Welch House

Welch House is a unique living community because it offers the best of both worlds – 24-hour quiet hours and a wealth of opportunities to be engaged in an active community experience. Welch and neighbor Henderson House share and engage in many traditions and themed programming that center around wellness of mind, body, and soul. WeHe, as the two communities are affectionately known, hosts events like Fridays at 5, an opportunity to come together, unwind from a busy week, and engage in a fun, and healthy, social activity.

Located on the part of campus known as “The Hill,” Welch is home to upper-class students and offers prime single and double suite-style rooms. Amenities include laundry facilities, a kitchen, TV and study lounges, and a recreation room.
