Henderson House

Henderson House residents are committed to practicing holistic wellness in their lives, including living substance-free. This community's wellness theme focuses on and encourages physical fitness, mental and spiritual health, school/work/social life balance, and good nutrition.

Located on the part of campus known as “The Hill,” Henderson is co-ed by room and offers prime single and double suite-style rooms. Amenities include a fitness room, laundry facilities, air conditioning, a kitchen, TV and study lounges, and a recreation room with a pool table. Additionally, as part of Henderson’s commitment to wellness, free passes are provided to all residents for fitness classes at the Cohon University Center.

Henderson House became the second building on CMU's campus housing system to receive Silver L.E.E.D. certification.
