Shirley Apartments-Housing Services - Carnegie Mellon University

Shirley Apartments

Shirley has a friendly, committed staff that is passionate about creating a sense of community for their residents with programming and events, including progressive dinners, career-readiness workshops, meditation sessions, and trips off campus to check out the awesome city of Pittsburgh.

Shirley offers one-bedrooms (triples or doubles) with the advantage of air conditioning and a large common living space - a living room, kitchen, and bathroom - which is shared just among the apartment's three residents. Each apartment is more than 450 square feet! First-year Mellon College of Science students who will have labs or coursework in the Mellon Institute will find Shirley a very convenient place to live. It's also located just blocks from the main campus.
