Housing and Dining Services offers a variety of options for apartment-style living. Most apartments are provided through leasing agreements between the university and select residential complexes in the area.
This is a popular alternative to residence halls for students who wish to live in the surrounding community, but without losing their place in university housing. The apartments are located near bus stops and university shuttle services. Additional policies may apply to some buildings which do not belong to Carnegie Mellon.
