Welcome newly admitted first-year students!!!

Congratulations and welcome to Carnegie Mellon!  This site was designed to help new, incoming first-year students (and College of Fine Art transfer students) navigate all of the important information surrounding the housing application and room assignments process.   This is your one-stop-shop for all information related to Housing and Dining for new first-year students.

The housing application for newly admitted students starting in the Fall 2011 semester will be available in February.  All first-year students should read through the pages on this site and complete the Housing Application and Dining Agreement.

New transfer students (other than College of Fine Arts transfers) should submit the Upper-Class Housing Application [pdf] as soon as possible.
