EBI Resident Assessment Survey

Welcome to Housing & Dining Services at Carnegie Mellon.

This page serves to verify the authenticity of a message you may have received from Carnegie Mellon Housing & Dining Services and/or Web Enabled Survey Systems/Educational Benchmarking, Inc. (www.webebi.com) regarding a Residential Benchmarking survey we are conducting from Monday, November 5 through Sunday, November 18, 2012.

We are conducting the Educational Benchmarking Inc (EBI) survey this year in addition to the NACUFS dining survey. This survey is a joint effort of Carnegie Mellon University, the Association of College and University Housing Officers International (ACUHO-I) and Educational Benchmarking, Inc. (EBI). It is designed to obtain feedback regarding your housing community and satisfaction with your on-campus living experience. The results will help us to compare and improve the services residents want most in their campus housing experience.

Your responses will be kept anonymous and will assist us in evaluating and planning for the future. Your confidentiality is guaranteed. The use of your Andrew ID is only to verify your affiliation with CMU and to provide you with access to the survey. Please note however, your Andrew ID will be used as a link to other data (e.g. the survey you completed during orientation). Your Andrew ID will not be reported or listed in any results or summary data.

We would greatly appreciate if you would take the time to fill out this survey by Sunday, November 18. You can get to the survey by clicking on the link in the email that was sent to you. We thank you for your time as you join 250,000+ college residents around the country in completing the Resident Satisfaction Survey.

If you have any questions about the authenticity of the survey or about the survey itself, please do not hesitate to contact the Housing & Dining Services Office at 412-268-9178 or via email at plaid@andrew.cmu.edu.

Thank you in advance for participating in the survey!
