Tracy Fuller

Tracy Fuller, MEd, MBA

Tracy Fuller helps business leaders leverage their strengths differently, uncover and address blind spots, and approach their work in a more sustainably successful way.

She is the founder and Managing Director of COMPIO, an executive coaching practice that includes an emphasis on innovation leadership. Tracy takes a highly individualized approach to coaching engagements that achieves agreed upon milestones while flexing to meet each client’s particular goals, learning style and work demands. Prior to founding COMPIO, she served as Vice President of Human Resources for MetalSite, Inc., an international B2B e‐commerce firm, and its subsidiaries. As an Officer of the firm and member of the executive team, Tracy led the definition and execution of people strategies to drive the business strategies. Practical business experience, formal training and a commitment to her own ongoing professional development has enabled her to infuse her work with expertise in executive development, organizational development and applied creativity. Gay Fogarty

Gay M. Fogarty, PhD

Gay’s work over the past twenty years has been dedicated to helping individuals realize their full potential. Her background includes extensive experience as a leadership coach, working with executives to help them maximize their strengths and their leadership effectiveness, as well as senior management positions in the areas of leadership and career development and training. Dr. Fogarty’s proven ability to help individuals manage career and organizational transitions has gained her the reputation of being a coach who helps others take action and achieve results. Her strong belief in the worth of each individual and their ability to make substantial contributions to their associates and to the organizations that employ them has been evident throughout her career.

 

Leanne Meyer

Leanne Meyer

Leanne Meyer is a facilitator, educator and coach. Leanne’s calling is to help people make sense of their lives through the reclamation of passion and purpose. As such, she is a sought‐after speaker for keynote addresses, seminars, conferences, and workshops. Leanne’s journey began in South Africa. She was specifically influenced by the events in her home country, which ignited her interest in the possibility for human change and transformation. She has spent the past 20 years applying and building her change‐agent skills in South Africa, England, Ireland, and, now, America.

She has worked with such companies as Daimler, GlaxoSmithKline, UBS, EQT, Giant Eagle and the American Bar Association. She is also an adjunct faculty member at the Center for Corporate and Executive Education at Duquesne University; and has guest lectured at Chatham College, Robert Morris University and Carlow University. Leanne holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg. 

Jane Patterson Abbate

Jane Patterson Abbate, PCC

Jane is a trusted and valued coach for business owners and leaders who want to deliver important results and build great relationships. She brings to the table 20+ years’ experience leading marketing, sales, product development, PR and HR teams as well as 13 years working as a business owner (cornerstonetd.com) and certified executive and team coach. Jane’s clients become clear about what they are really trying to accomplish and then build the confidence and courage to use their strengths to get the job done. Clients learn to navigate the tricky waters of relationships, lead their teams to engage, have constructive conflict and implement change. Jane’s clients, colleagues and staff most appreciate her straightforward, practical approach, her skill as a coach and her openness and warmth. She has a BS in Business and an MA in Industrial Relations and is certified by the International Coach Federation. 

Michael Salone

Michael Salone

Michael has spent his career in Fortune 500 organizations as an international Human Resources professional. His experience has brought him to all continents, observing the same difficulties companies have in quickly and accurately identifying talent. It is through this experience and passion that Michael is convinced that there must be a better way! Michael is American and French, and lives in Paris, France. He is currently writing a book on the subject which most certainly will raise a few eyebrows! 

Evy Severino

Evy Severino, ACC, SPHR

Evy Severino coaches successful leaders and teams who want to take performance to the next level. She spent over 20 years at GlaxoSmithKline where she was responsible for leadership, team and organizational development for the Consumer Healthcare Division and played a key role in implementing a groundbreaking global change process in the Pharmaceuticals Division. She has delivered innovative solutions and coaching for Bayer Corporation, The Healthcare Business Women’s Association, The Cleveland Clinic, and

Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) Pittsburgh. Evy earned her BA in Psychology from the College of William and Mary, completed the University of Michigan Strategic Human Resources Program, and graduated from The Coaches Training Institute. She is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and was awarded a Lifetime Designation of Senior Professional, Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources Management. She is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with her husband and two sons and a “mad” beagle, Max.
