Flu Clinics 2012

Human Resources will be covering the cost for faculty/staff members. Spouses and partners of faculty/staff can pay $17 by check or cash at the time of their flu shot.

The student insurance plan will cover the costs for students enrolled on the Highmark student insurance. Other students will have $17 charged to their student account.

A Carnegie Mellon ID is required.
