Below are some of our most requested services and supplies (fees are subject to change without notice). This is not a complete listing; additional fees apply for labwork and prescriptions.
Additional fees will also apply for services done outside of the clinic, such as diagnostic tests, imaging, hospitalizations and ER visits. If you have a visit at an office in a hospital, you may be charged a facilities fee. Facilities fees are not covered by most insurance plans, including the CMU student insurance plan.
