Mindfulness: Brain, Physiology, and Health Pathway - There has been a great deal of recent interest in mindfulness and mindfulness training programs for improving health. This talk will define mindfulness, and consider new research depicting how mindfulness impacts the brain, physiological stress reactivity, and physical health and disease outcomes.
