Fellowships of up to $23,000 or grants of up to $4,000. Open to graduating seniors or higher who would like to pursue research or study in one or more Scandinavian countries for up to one year. U.S. citizenship required.
- AIPT - Association for International Practical Training
Work abroad for 12-18 months in various fields. Open to undergraduates, recent graduates, or graduate students in a variety of fields.
- Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies
$20,000 for nine-month fellowships in Washington D.C. Open to U.S. citizens with a graduate or bachelor's degree, who are interested in politics and Asian Pacific American communities.
- Blakemore Foundation Grants for Advanced Study of Asian Languages
One year of advanced language study in East or Southeast Asia. Students may study Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Khmer, Malaysian, Tibetan, Thai, or Burmese. Applicants must have received an undergraduate degree before beginning program. U.S. citizenship required.

Month-long summer program in New York, Amsterdam, Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris, or Warsaw on national and international human rights issues. Travel costs and housing are paid for by the program. Students propose an international project which will be funded by the fellowship, fulfilling the mandate for UNESCO, promoting education, natural science, social and human sciences, culture and/or communication and information.
