UNESCO - Laura W. Bush Traveling Fellowship
$2,500 to U.S. citizen undergraduate and graduate students between the ages of 18 to 25 and are eligible for travel. Students propose an international project which will be funded by the fellowship, fulfilling the mandate for UNESCO, promoting education, natural science, social and human sciences, culture and/or communication and information.
Microsoft Research Graduate Women's Scholarship
$15,000 one-year scholarship, conference and travel allowance of $2,000 USD is provided for recipients to attend a conference in their field of study, and an invitation to attend an award ceremony at the Microsoft Research campus in Redmond, WA in February 2009. For 1st and 2nd year female graduates in computer science, electrical & computer engineer, and mathematics.
Gary B. Multanen - CM Magazine Applied Research Student Scholarship
$1,000 to U.S.-citizen undergraduate and graduate students in engineering, research, or other composites-based curriculum. Art students working with composite materials in restoration or sculpture also are encouraged to apply.
