- Asset Allocation
- Fund Manager selection
- Regulatory/Audit compliance
- Performance Results
- Short-Term Pool Asset Management

Functions specific to Treasury responsibilities:
- Endowment:
- Shares processing
- Monthly Market Value per Share calculation
- Quarterly Endowment distributions to Shareholders
- Cash Management
- Cash flow forecasting
- Internal Loans:
- Issue all new loans to campus
- Process monthly principal and interest payments
- Long-Term Debt
- Maintain university’s debt portfolio
- Responsible for coordinating new debt issues
- Maintain bond documents/ derivative agreements
