Submit a GigaPan Photo

This is a juried exhibition open to all photos publicly available on http://gigapan.org. Recent work that addresses the theme of GigaPixel Imaging for Science is welcome. Limit one submission per person. The show will feature large-format prints, more than one meter wide each. All accepted submissions will be professionally printed in Pittsburgh and on display throughout the conference at a gallery TBD. Please submit your entry by May 10, 2010. Accepted submissions will be notified by email by August 6th, 2010.

Submissions should include:

• Basic information about your GigaPan photo: title, date of completion, location, and equipment used
• URL to the gigapan you’re submitting (e.g. http://gigapan.org/gigapans/37034/)
• Please include atleast 6 well-annotated snapshots that tell the science story of your gigapan
• Brief 50-word summary of your gigapan
• Full description of the image and how it applies to your research or work (maximum 2 pages)
• A short biography
• Contact information
• A statement of permissions to use the gigapan, along with any credits needed for presentation and publication
