Student Data Warehouse (SDW)

The Student Data Warehouse (SDW) is a repository of student data, refreshed daily, which allows departments to run queries without having to request them from the University Registrar’s Office.

Recent Updates

  • IMPORTANT: We will be upgrading SDW to use the latest version of the Pentaho User Console, version 5.0, in early September. There will be several training sessions in late August and also in September for both new and returning users, as well as documentation updates. See below for training dates.

  • Any users who have not attended SDW training by September 30 will have their access revoked.

training gather to discuss problems, share tips, etc.
