SpaceQuest (Classrooms & Reservation)
The University Registrar’s Office is announcing the revised version of SpaceQuest. This new web-based scheduling system hosted by Collegenet is called 25Live. To access our classrooms on this site, you will need to log on at https://25live.collegenet.com/cmu with a valid Andrew ID and password.
IMPORTANT: For best performance of this scheduling system, we strongly suggest that you use one of the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari (on Apple products), or Internet Explorer (with Chrome plugin).
Carnegie Mellon University’s SpaceQuest application, powered by 25Live, is the only acceptable and recognized method for scheduling events for University Registrar classrooms, and University Center and Tepper spaces.

Cancellations
To cancel an event scheduled through SpaceQuest, please use the following guidelines:
- For events in Registrar-controlled classrooms, send e-mail to esrooms@andrew.cmu.edu.
- For events in Tepper spaces, send e-mail to tepperrm@andrew.cmu.edu.
- For events in University Center spaces, send e-mail to ucres@andrew.cmu.edu.
