Gates Center Green Roof

Storm-water runoff was decreased from the existing site and buildings.

•     A 10,000 gallon tank collects rain water from the roof and green roofs and is used for restroom flushing in both buildings.

•     For the Gates/Hillman Building construction project, green space was increased from 52,209 sf to 120,100 sf.
