Questionnaire
All applicants to the Carnegie Mellon School of Architecture must complete the required, online questionnaire. This questionnaire must be submitted in addition to the essay/personal statement requirements found on the Common Application and Carnegie Mellon Common Application Supplement. Registration for an on-campus or mail-in portfolio review will not be confirmed until the online questionnaire has been completed.
The School of Architecture faculty will only review your first submission, so please prepare your answers in advance. Any additional submissions will be discarded. We recommend preparing your answers in a word processing program, such as Microsoft Word, from which you can cut and paste into the essay form.
