Carnegie Mellon Energy Affiliates Program
The Energy Affiliates Program will support the mutual needs of industry and academia by providing structured opportunities for information exchange and the dissemination of recent findings, creating a mechanism to enable constructive and beneficial long-term relationships between industry and Carnegie Mellon.

Program Requirements & Benefits
Energy Affiliates Program membership is open to corporate partners for $50,000, to be paid over a two-year period.
As a member of the Energy Affiliates Program, industry leaders will have the opportunity to take an active advisory role in the formation of the research institute and development of the institute’s research agenda.
Membership entitles participants to:
- An opportunity to join Affiliates Program advisory board
- Periodic electronic CMU energy newsletters
- Acknowledgment at the launch of the energy institute and other related events
- Recognition on promotional materials, as appropriate
