Automated External Defibrillators

Were you aware that CMU has 63 Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) on campus?  These devices, used to aid individuals whose hearts have gone into arrhythmia,  are credited with saving at least two lives here at the university and countless more throughout the country.  EH&S offers regular classes on their use.  To sign up for one of these important classes, go to www.cmu.edu/ehs, click on the training link at the top of the page, and then select AED training from the list of classes offered.
