Laboratory Footwear

flipflopIt’s that time of year when the weather gets warm and lab workers want to wear sandals and other open-toed shoes in the laboratory.  The answer is NO!  You MUST wear closed-toed shoes in the lab at all times.  If you wish, you may keep lab-appropriate shoes in your desk and change into them whern you get to your lab. EH&S will be watching this!
