Lab Safety Subcommittee

You should know that there is a University Laboratory Safety Committee, consisting of representatives from each university department where laboratories are present.  The committee is designed to address lab safety issues and act as a conduit of information between lab personnel and EH&S.  There is a rep on the committee representing graduate students as well.  The subcommittee contains people from each lab department.  The current subcommittee is missing a representative from Chemistry and Physics.  Are you interested in participating in this subcommittee?  Do you know someone who is?  Let Mark Banister know.
