Mission

Housing and Dining Services is committed to providing quality accommodations and food service for the Carnegie Mellon community. Our focus is on satisfaction and service in residences that support the development of successful educational communities, and in community-oriented dining experiences that consistently provide high-quality food in keeping with varying tastes, traditions and interests.

Our Vendors

CulinArt

CulinArt Inc. operates onsite corporate, education, and leisure dining facilities throughout the United States. CulinArt's unique approach to campus dining is grounded in a true restaurant-style retail approach to campus café concepts and service points. CulinArt also places heavy emphasis on the means necessary - including food and entertainment - to help transform traditional campus dining facilities into multi-use environments that facilitate a sense of community among students, faculty and staff.

Ginger's

Ginger's has been serving the students on Carnegie Mellon's campus since 2002. We offer a variety of food choices, from grab and go meals to hot entrees, pastas, salads and items for breakfast.  As food purveyors, we strive to touch upon our diverse population.  We aim to please and hopefully exceed expectations. We take suggestions and like to meet all of our clientele's needs.

Si Señor

An integral part of our mission at Si Señor is to provide a nutritionally balanced menu while maintaining the sustainability expectations that students desire.  We procure our goods from local vendors whenever possible to support our community.  In addition to more traditional Mexican fare, we have always offered many innovative lighter options such as vegetarian and vegan entrees, wraps, and salads.
