NACUFS Dining Benchmarking Survey

A joint effort between Carnegie Mellon Dining Services and the National Association of College and University Food Services (NACUFS), this survey is designed to obtain feedback regarding your satisfaction with our campus dining locations. The results will help us to continually improve the dining experience for our students, faculty, and staff. Your responses are anonymous.
All participants are entered into a drawing to win a pair of Penguins hockey tickets (donated by the campus vending company AVI Food Systems), two $50 Dinextra cards, and a $100 Dinextra card.
The survey will be available online until November 20, 2014. Please follow the instructions in the email you received from Dining Services.
