NACUFS Dining Benchmarking Survey

This page serves to verify the authenticity of a message you may have received from Carnegie Mellon Housing & Dining Services regarding a Dining Benchmarking Survey we are conducting of all faculty, staff and students.

This survey is a joint effort of Carnegie Mellon Housing & Dining Services and the National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS). It is designed to obtain feedback regarding your satisfaction with our campus dining locations. The results will help us to compare and improve the services that faculty, staff and students want most in their campus dining experiences. Your responses will be kept anonymous and will assist us in evaluating and planning for the future.

All participants will be eligible to win a gift certificate from Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse (donated by the campus vending company-AVI Food Systems) as well as free meals on campus, donated by our dining vendors.

We would greatly appreciate if you would take the time to fill out this survey by Sunday, November 11, 2012. The survey will be available starting on Monday, October 29, 2012.
