An all-you-care-to-eat buffet with a plethora of fresh-made offerings, including carved-to-order meats, comfort-style and contemporary entrees and sides, garden fresh salads, a variety of warm-pressed paninis, fresh bakery items, made-from-scratch soups, and so much more. During lunch, Schatz becomes a faculty, staff and graduate student dining room, serving all of our fresh daily offerings in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
