During lunch, Schatz Dining Room becomes a faculty, staff and graduate student dining room, serving all of our fresh daily offerings ala carte in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
Throughout dinner, Schatz plays host to the campus’s only all-you-care-to-eat dinner buffet. Join us every Wednesday Night for our themed dinners that feature cuisines from around the world.
Join us on Saturday and Sunday for our all-you-care-to-eat brunch that features omelets, frittatas, breakfast pastries, pancakes, waffles, fruits and more.
