To make a service call, order supplies for your copier or if you have other questions regarding your copier or service, please submit a request online (WebISO required). You may also contact Patricia Herbster by phone at x8-5772 or by email at ph0d@andrew.cmu.edu.

Network Printing

If you have any troubles setting up the Docutech for printing your documents there are a number of things that may be wrong.

• If you do not have access to install a printer on your machine you will have to contact your department's network administrator to assist you.
• If this is not the case you will need to contact Patricia Herbster at Penn Avenue at 8-5772 or email her at ph0d@andrew.cmu.edu to discuss.

How do I send my files?

Remember that you can send your files, for black & white output only, to the Docutech at the Tepper copy center just like you would to a printer. Visit Network Printing for details and installation instructions.

You may also use our on-line drop box (Andrew ID required) to send us files.
