Conference and Event Services

Conference and Event Services (CES) would like to assist you with your planning process, in order to deliver a professional and organized function for your participants. We are your one-stop-shop for catering, room reservations, on- campus housing (June – early August) or off-campus accommodations, media technology, parking, and other components associated with planning and facilitating your event. The CES staff will work closely with you to ensure your next conference, business meeting, or event is specially tailored to accommodate your needs.

We take pride in the relationships that we have built over the past years with campus service providers and local businesses (i.e., hotels, transportation, rental companies, etc.) to provide you with quality services. Our contacts are willing to work with us in tailoring your requests in order to deliver a unique presentation for your program.
