Salads

Carnegie Mellon House Salad
Combination of crisp romaine and iceberg lettuce, gourmet greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and olives with champagne vinaigrette.

Sweet Salad of Strawberries
Nature's delight laced with balsamic syrup and sweet and tangy vinaigrette, fresh mint, all served over baby spinach and complemented with shaved Asiago cheese.

Caesar Salad
Crisp romaine hearts, Parmesan cheese, and homemade herbed croutons tossed in zesty Caesar dressing.

Entrees

Tuscany Chicken
Boneless breast of chicken stuffed with Asiago cheese, fresh plum tomatoes, fresh basil, fresh artichoke quarters, and baby spinach. Served with pesto beurre blanc sauce.

Chicken Marsala
Lightly seasoned, boneless chicked breast sauteed with marsala wine on a bed of braised Swiss chard. Topped with a mix of domestic and wild mushrooms.

Cod New England with Shrimp Scampi
Cod baked with fresh garlic herb bread crumbs, served with supreme sauce and scampi sauteed baby shrimp.

Apple Jack Roughy
Orange Roughy marinated with a touch of sweet mustard Apple Jack dressing and coated with fresh bread crumbs. Baked and served with apple confit.

Marinated and Grilled Flank Steak
Flank steak sliced and sauced with a robust tomato demi red wine sauce and crowned with drunken mushrooms.

Pepper Crusted Roasted Strip Loin
Seared, roasted, and sliced strip loin served with green peppercorn steak butter. Garnished with crumbled Gorgonzola cheese.

Vegetarian Entrees

Lasagna Pasta Roulade
Lasagna stuffed with sauteed baby spinach, creamy ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese. Served with roasted red pepper sauce.

Roasted Portabella Mushrooms
