Summer Guest Housing
Guest Housing is available for persons visiting the Carnegie Mellon University campus for University-related business or University-related purposes, such as attendees participating in University summer programs, visiting students or professors or research sponsor employees working with University faculty or staff, guest lecturers, visiting researchers or scientists, currently enrolled full-time Carnegie Mellon University students needing temporary accomodations, and prospective students and parents who are visiting the University campus or participating in a University campus tour. STEVER HOUSE: Traditional, air-conditioned rooms in Stever House are available either as doubles, sharing a room with a roommate, or double-as-single, in which you have a room privately with a community bath. Traditional rooms include a twin bed, desk, desk chair, chest of drawers, closet or wardrobe. Stever House amenities include vending machines, laundry facilities, lounges, kitchen and recreation rooms.
A breakfast is included each day as part of the daily price. Linens are also included in the daily price (flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow, pillow case, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth). Longer-term guests will receive a weekly linen change.
The following amenities may be purchased for an additional fee: micro-fridge rental and guest internet accounts. You can choose to purchase any of these amenities during registration.
Conference & Event Services staff is available 24 hours a day at the Stever House.

WEBSTER APARTMENTS: Apartment Style, air-conditioned rooms in Webster Apartments are available as one–bedroom units that include two twin-sized bunked beds or as a two-bedroom unit that includes 1 single room (one twin-sized bed) and 1 double room (two twin-sized beds). Building amenities include vending machines, laundry facilities and kitchen.
Linens are included in the daily price (flat sheet, fitted sheet, pillow, pillow case, blanket, bath towel, hand towel and wash cloth). Longer-term guests will receive a weekly linen change.
Guest Internet accounts can be purchased for an additional fee during the registration process.

UNIVERSITY APARTMENTS AND HOUSES: The University has various apartments and houses located next to or near (i.e., within a few blocks of) the University’s campus that are available for guest housing. Up to three unrelated people may reside together in each house or apartment. Each unit varies in pricing and offerings.
