Overview

The Carnegie Mellon Web Portal at http://my.cmu.edu/ is an integrated web service that is now available to the students, staff and faculty of Carnegie Mellon University. The portal provides an interface to various services and events. It can be customized to include information based on your interests, activities and organizations that you are involved in on campus.

The portal provides portlets for mail, group calendar(s), the Campus Event Calendar, services and content from campus providers as well as outside service providers.

The Event Calendar
The Campus Event Calendar provides a single point of access for events from any department or officially recognized organization at Carnegie Mellon. Use these instructions to add, edit and delete events for your department or organization.

Public Event Calendar
The Public Event Calendar (http://www.cmu.edu/events/) is an avenue for sharing select campus events with the general public. The Public Event Calendar is an extension of the Campus Event Calendar which is only available to Carnegie Mellon University affiliates.
