Off-site Tape Retrieval
Off-site tapes are scheduled for pick-up and delivery every Friday afternoon. If tape handling is requested at any other time, a delivery fee will be charged as follows:

If you have an authorized departmental charge number, and you request a file restore that requires an offsite tape, you may request that the required tapes be delivered the same day as requested or the following day. When you make this request, you must authorize Computing Services to charge your account to recover the delivery costs.
If you do not have an authorized departmental charge number and you request a file restore that requires an offsite tape, you must wait until the following Friday for the tape to be returned.
