Attila Csokai
Attila joined Carnegie Mellon in the spring of 2004. Attila received his Bachelor's from the University of Ottawa in Ontario. Prior to coming to CMU, he supported the Information Technology Infrastructure at Anteon, a defense contractor in the Washington D.C. area. In addition to his role in the Desktop Support Program, Attila is currently pursuing the MSIT at the Heinz School.

Nick Figel
A Pittsburgh native, Nick Figel is currently attending Robert Morris University for his Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems. Before his current position at DSP, Nick worked for Media Site, a Pittsburgh-based company, and then for the Heinz School’s Computing Services Department for about three years. Nick says that his favorite part of working for DSP is the people. “The best thing about the job is the enjoyable team members… I never stop laughing when I go down to Enrollment Services.” The fearless spirit of a successful computer consultant is apparent in how Nick spends his free time - he loves outdoor activities such as kayaking, rock climbing, and skiing.

Duane Mengo
Duane previously worked at the University of Pittsburgh as a system administrator. He is a recent graduate of Robert Morris University with a Master's degree in Information Systems. Duane also teaches non-credit computer science courses at Community College of Allegheny County. |

DJ Riel
James David Riel (DJ) recently joined the Desktop Support Program. DJ comes to us from a local IT Company named Innovations Tech where he spent a number of years as a system administrator. DJ is also currently attending Robert Morris University and will soon complete his Bachelor’s degree. He is also a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer.

Shushan Klein
Shushan Klein joined the Desktop Support Program in January 2007. Shushan comes to us by way of San Diego where she worked as a network analyst for United Health Group. Shushan joins her husband who is a graduate student here at Carnegie Mellon. Shushan holds a MBA from San Diego State University and Bachelor of Arts from the University of California at San Diego.

Garrett King
Garrett King joined the Desktop Support Program in July 2007. Garrett graduated from Clarion University with a Bachelors in Computer Information Science and a minor in Business Administration. While attending Clarion University he worked for the Computing Services department and serviced the staff on campus for three years. Garrett also has become certified in Network+, Security+ and CCNA certifications.

Robert Opdyke
Rob joined the platinum desktop support program in July 2007. Prior to joining CMU, Rob worked as a senior applications and field engineer for Baltimore based Antek Healthware. As a field engineer, he has worked in all but three U.S. states, and has actively been involved in the installation of medical systems for some of the nation's most recognizable hospitals and government agencies. Rob holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), as well as several computer industry certifications. Rob and his wife, Brenda, live nearby in beautiful Squirrel Hill.

John Dwyer
John recently joined the DSP team after working at the United States Steel Corporation. John received his Bachelor's in Computer Science from Bethany College in West Virginia where he was also a member of the men's soccer team. John recently completed the Microsoft Networking Program at Pittsburgh Technical Institute. He also currently holds certifications in Windows XP and Server 2003. A Boston native, John still wildly supports the Red Sox and the Patriots.

John Devich
John comes to DSP after working as a Systems Analyst for Human Resources at the University of Pittsburgh. John holds an Associate's Degree in Computer and Network Systems from Pittsburgh Technical Institute, and is currently completing his Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh. John and his wife Heather along with their daughter Megan live in Monroeville.
