Revised DSP Service Level Agreement & Updated WebsiteThe Desktop Support Program is pleased to announce that the 2012-2013 Service Level Agreement (SLA) is now available on our website at https://www.cmu.edu/computing/repair/dsp/fees.html. This new version of our SLA consolidates three previous SLA's into one document, serving as the single agreement between your department and Desktop Support. Over the coming months, DSP management will meet with each of our departmental liaisons to review and sign the SLA, which will be customized based on the specific details of your department's DSP subscription.
We would also like to announce that our website has been revised over the summer with updated information regarding our supported software and hardware, steps taken by DSP to secure your computer, and more.
In addition, we have provided a few Request Forms online for common tasks, such as:

We'd particularly like to remind supervisors and managers to notify us whenever employees join or leave your department, so that we can work with you to ensure that they have the correct permissions and access to files.
