DSP Announces Rate Changes for Fiscal Years 2010 and 2011
The Desktop Support Program is committed to providing the highest quality service from a team of talented individuals to meet the dynamic needs of our campus community. Our goal is to provide this service at a reasonable cost while meeting the fiscal needs of the program.
As announced at the December 16, 2009 DSP Advisory Board meeting, in order to continue to meet the ever increasing demands and costs of the program, DSP is implementing rate changes to better align our services with actual costs starting in fiscal year 2011 and continuing to fiscal year 2012.
