Application Compatibility Software Installation

In an effort to prepare for future operating system upgrades, DSP has deployed application compatibility software to all Windows based customers' computers after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2009.  The installation will occur the next time you restart your computer and may take a maximum of 30 extra seconds for your computer to display the logon prompt.
