Desktop Support

Mission:  The Desktop Support Program offers computer consulting to the campus community. The service is aimed to enhance individual and office productivity by providing support for client hardware selection, software installation & maintenance, file sharing, operating system maintenance and security, virus protection, network security, workgroup printing and coordination of other computing services with providers and vendors.

Value:  We are staffed with a team of friendly, responsive consultants, who have a broad range of technical skills and are always working on ways to deliver effective and efficient computer support. We are sensitive to the needs of our clients and understand the pressures of their jobs and work environment.

Vision:  The Desktop Support Program provides computer consulting services for the campus community.

List of Key Services:   

  • DSP's goal is to provide and support standard software & hardware configurations (desktop, laptops, etc.)
  • Coordination of services provided by Computing Services & Administrative Computing.
