A consultant is assigned to support your department for up to 750 hours per year. This level typically averages 2.5 days per week. Support details are specified in the DSP Service Level Agreement (SLA).

A team of DSP consultants provides extended on-site support, off-hours emergency "on call" support, and an expanded service level agreement. This service is available to university executives and their colleagues, and is subject to approval of the Vice Provost for Computing Services & Chief Information Officer.
