DSP offers the following levels of Consulting:
Full-Time Consulting
A consultant is assigned to a department that requires a full-time person to provide support. Office space and office supplies are provided by the department that subscribes to this service. Computing Services provides management oversight, an escalation infrastructure, and training. Service may include: software installations, updates, and maintenance; server support; liaison services for hardware repair, data backup, networking, security, training/education, Administrative Computing, hardware & software vendor coordination, technology planning; software and hardware inventory management, etc.

Part-Time Consulting
A consultant is assigned to your department 2.5 days per week (800 hours per year). The time of day is negotiable and defined in the SLA.

Time Slice Consulting
A consultant is assigned to provide support 3 hours per week (150 hours per year). The times and boundaries of service are specified in the SLA.

A consultant is available to work on problems for 3 hours every other week (75 hours per year).
