The Desktop Support Program strives to be a leader in providing value-added technology consulting that is proactive, highly responsive and adaptable to the future needs of the campus community. Our services will empower users to making technology accessible, functional, and more productive in meeting their organizational goals.  
 
Mission
The Desktop Support Program provides quality, cost-effective, reliable, responsive technology solutions to campus by coordinating and translating user needs and requirements into achievable and realistic long-term IT goals and strategies. We achieve this by providing highly trained and talented consultants, a stable infrastructure to support our services, and a streamlined point of contact for Computing Services.
