Support and Repair Services

Whether you’re a student bringing a laptop or desktop machine to campus, a staff or faculty member using a university owned machine or a department in need of server maintenance or communications cabling; Computing Services has a support service to fill your needs.  These services include:

  • General computing support for all students, faculty and staff by the Help Center.  Visit the Help Center page for details (contact information, location and hours).
  • Fee based hardware repairs by the Computer Maintenance Group (CMG).
  • Laptop leasing services and support contracts offered through the Desktop Support Program (DSP).
  • File backup and recovery services through Computing Services’ Production Services.
  • Colocation services for departments to store and maintain servers.
  • Voice, video and data cabling installation and maintenance handled by the Computing Services’ Cable Plant group.
  • Development, integration, and deployment of the central administrative systems by Adminstrative Computing.
