Peer Benchmarking
Our scope is limited to literature review and peer networking with the goal of finding service managers "qualified" contacts. We find that it makes the most sense from a value and quality perspective for service managers to have the actual conversations with peers themselves; one, to help them build their networks, and two, because they understand the domain and how to steer questions/answers much better than we do.
