Current Projects Reporting
PPMO provides a variety of reports on current projects to Computing Services and our key business partners. All of the reporting is linked to the division’s project portfolio management tool TeamDynamix. However, you do not need to have direct access to TeamDynamix to view the reports. If you cannot access these reports and desire to do so, please contact Clay Fulton.
Current Status Report
Project managers or project leads update their projects in TeamDynamix at least monthly. The Monthly Status Report for May 2012 shows the summary Dashboard and detail by department for all current projects in TeamDynamix.
Portfolio Resource Management - Business Partners Project List
The Vice Provost’s Office/CIO initiated a new effort with our business partners in summer, 2011 to assure that staff resources were well aligned to support our success. They proposed embarking on a lighter and more focused methodology to help us collaboratively manage our staff resource alignment as standard operating procedure. This quarterly report provides high level milestones and schedules for the major business and enterprise projects with our business partners.

PPMO Managed Projects
PPMO certified senior project managers (Project Management Professionals) lead approximately one third of all Computing Services projects. The senior project managers typically manage the most complex projects that span multiple departments in the division, interact directly with our business partners, and/or have potential high impact or risk to the institution. This is a list of the current projects to which PPMO Project Managers are assigned.

The Project Booklet is a detailed report of every active project in TeamDynamix for the current quarter.
