Wireless Andrew 2 Featured in EdTech, Information Week

Computing Services' Assistant Director of Network Services, Dan McCarriar was recently quoted in the March/April issue of EdTech magazine. The article entitled, Warm Embrace details the movement of some universities toward the new 802.11n Wi-Fi standard. Our Network Group's Wireless Andrew 2 project goal, to deploy "...a next-generation wireless network by the end of the year" is mentioned in the article.

McCarriar also addressed the deployment at length in an InformationWeek webcast.
