INTERMITTENT OUTAGE: Campus Phone System 12/2/2013

DATE & TIME: December 2, 2013 through December 4, 2013

The Oakland campus is currently experiencing random phone service outages. These outages are a result of Verizon's attempt to repair a larger problem caused by last weeks' water main break near their Oakland switching center. At this time, there has been no official word from Verizon on when we can expect this issue to be resolved.  Be assured we are working with Verizon to restore service. Additional updates will be posted through this news page.

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO
If your phone line is not working, please contact the Telecom Service Line at x8-8500.  We will be happy to assist you in forwarding your phone line to a cell phone or another working campus phone line.
